Policies- To maintain the relaxing atmosphere of your experience at Outer & Inner Beauty, please turn your cell pone off or place it on vibrate or meeting mode.
- Please kindly give a 24 hour notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. This will enable me to offer the open time slot to someone on the waiting list. No shows and late cancelations will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment charges before discounts.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult for all services.
- Outer & Inner Beauty, LLC does not have accommodations for young children to accompany you during your services. For health and safety reasons please arrange for child care in advance of your appointment.
- Outer & Inner Beauty, LLC is an alcohol and tobacco free environment. The detoxifying effects of treatments, and alcohol are contraindications to your health and wellness. The consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after your treatments.
- Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.Should an unavoidable circumstance result in a late arrival, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment while not inconveniencing the next scheduled client.

At Outer & Inner Beauty, LLC I strive to provide you with the finest quality products and services. When at all possible a sample will be given to you along with your purchase. Try out the sample, if you should have an adverse reaction or are unhappy with the results, it may be exchanged if unopened and in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a product of equal value.Complimentary makeup applications are available.All makeup sales are final unless returned unopened for a product of equal value.
- Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are a great idea for year round gift giving. They can be purchased for a particular service or for a dollar amount that the recipient can use towards products or services of their choice.
Gift certificates cannot be purchased for advertised specials.
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are fully transferable but must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- Payment is expected in full at time of service rendered.
- All packages are to be paid in full at the time of the first visit.
- Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.
