What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) otherwise known as tapping, is an Energy based modality that is a cousin to acupuncture.
This technique was founded by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, to help veterans heal from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Although created for PTSD, it has proven to be very effective in the treatment of so much more. There has been success with EFT in the treatment of anxiety, fears, phobias, cigarette smoking, and weight loss.
EFT is based on the same principles as acupuncture but without the needles. Tapping on the Energy meridians in the body stimulates and places them back into balance. EFT is safe and simple to learn. Once the steps of tapping are mastered, you can do it yourself at any time in a matter of minutes. There is virtually nothing that you can't tap for.
I am not a doctor or trained in the field of psychotherapy. My role at Outer & Inner Beauty is to teach you how to do this technique, so you will have a tool that puts you in control of managing your stress and improving the quality of your life.

Each bear is freshly hand washed then stitched with buttons that correspond with the tapping points
of the Emotional Freedom Technique Healing Modality.
As I work on the bears I surround them with Healing Energy and as they are transformed with a completely different look
they take on a new identity and a whole new life of their own.
After the sewing process is complete each bear is infused with the Healing Power of Reiki.
Since the unwanted bears have to find their way to me, stock is limited to what is available at any given time.
This makes each bear rare, unique and one of a kind. No two bears are alike!
